Q: When is the clinic open?
A: The clinic is open 7 days Monday through Sunday and evenings. Most appointments are scheduled ahead of time,
however, walk-ins are welcome.
Q: Why don't practitioners at the clinic
accept gratuities?
A: The clinic is a professional wellness
environment and our practitioners are licensed through the medical
board of Ohio, including massage therapists, physical therapists,
and chiropractors. Because Metropolitan Therapies Ltd is a medical
facility, gratuities are not accepted.
Q: What if I want to see another
practitioner, different from who I've already seen?
A: Metropolitan Therapies Ltd is a collaborative
which means the practitioners work together as a team for the
benefit of each visitor. Therefore, you should always feel
comfortable working with any practitioner at any time.
Q: Will my insurance cover my treatment?
A: It may, depending on your coverage plan.
While Metropolitan Therapies Ltd. does not have an insurance billing
department, we can provide for you a fee bill with the correct
insurance codes to aid you in reimbursement.
A: As a wellness facility, our practitioner rates are not published the way a spa would publish prices. However, we would be happy to discuss the best treatment for you and any accompanying rates at any time.
