Why you love doing what you do?

I love yoga for its meaning (union) and the way it makes her feel (lovely).

Why did you bring what you love to do to the Clinic?

I came to the clinic because she loves the people of Downtown Cleveland.

What do you think the benefits are to providing an integrated wellness clinic to this community?

I really likes the concept that anyone can come in and take a yoga class, have a massage or acupuncture treatment afterwards, followed by an herbal consultation

The Way of the Peaceful Warrior   by Dan Millman

It's a great story about a young, collegiate gymnast, Dan and his teacher Socrates.  Socrates teaches life lessons and spiritual lessons.  It was one of the first spiritual books I read in my early 20's that made me feel like enlightenment could happen.

There's a Spiritual Solution to Every Problem   by Wayne Dyer

There really is a spiritual solution to every problem.  Wayne Dyer tells great stories to illustrate this.  I actually prefer the book on tape/cd, but the book is good too!

Eat Pray Love by Elizabeth Gilbert

Awesome book about Elizabeth Gilbert's travels as she eats her way through Italy, prays her way through India, and falls in love in Bali. I loved it because it is so painfully honest and I loved India because I want to experience what she did in India!

Conversations with God by Neal Donald Walsch

Neal Donald Walsch was down and out in life, hits rock bottom and starts talking to God (for real) and God finally answers.  What ensues are provocative, heartfelt questions Neal asks God and he replies.
