Why you love doing what you do?
I
love seeing people heal and change their lives
and I love seeing that yoga
can inspire these changes and that when one
heals themselves they pass along that energy to their family and
friends. I also appreciate seeing people feel more alive and
aware that each breath that is given to them is precious. I'm
grateful for being able to share that with my students and clients.
Why did you bring what you love to do to the Clinic?
I joined this clinic with a belief in my heart that the sole
intention its director sought was to offer healing in many ways that
could touch anyone and any “body” that walks through its doors.
I'm inspired to support that vision.
What do you think the benefits are to providing an integrated
wellness clinic to this community?
As big city workers or residents, there is a dire need to awaken healing and awareness back into our lives. One must realize that we are living for a purpose that does not have to always be through attachment. This clinic can offer that to its community, even if it is for that one hour of treatment or class. That hour lasts beyond and into our day and slowly begins to affect lives.
