Urban Meditation is designed for any urban dweller who has been curious about meditation or getting centered.  Geared toward busy workers, people in transition, working parents, or anyone new to meditation, this course will give you grounded, accessible and easy practices to quiet the mind, sleep better, and deal with stress more effectively.  Each week will focus on a different theme and style of meditation and you'll be equipped with tools, homework and a folder of tips.
